The  MicroSensor   was established in 1993 (Kiev, Ukraine). It is an enterprise engaged in research and development, as well as production of novel innovative products in the field of semiconductor sensors and devices.   The  MicroSensor research team has gained wide experience in development and characterisation of (i) sensors based on semiconductor films and intended for measurements of temperature, magnetic field, strain, pressure and optical radiation and (ii) semiconductor devices for various microwave applications. 

The principal mission of our business is development and fabrication of science-intensive high-tech products  -  high-quality sensors and microwave devices that meet the present-day market requirements and are low-cost.

The main partner of  MicroSensor  is   V. Lashkaryov Institute of Semiconductor Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Kiev)
