This project deals with development and investigation of sub-millimeter size sensors for measurements of temperature and pressure fluctuations in liquid helium at ultralow temperatures.

The project executes in collaboration with the University of Florida (USA), V.Lashkaryov Institute of Semiconductor Physics (Kyiv, Ukraine) and State Enterprise Research Institute “Orion” (Kyiv, Ukraine).
